Dr. Ronald J. Polk, Jr. is originally from Hampton, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina in 1989.
In 1993, he graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he served at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 1993 to 1996.
After working in private practice for two years in Statesboro, Georgia, Dr. Polk joined Dr. Marlon Murrell here at Family Dentistry of Columbus in August of 1998. For over 20 years, he has continued to provide detailed dental care to the people of Columbus and beyond.
Dr. Polk is an expert in the dentistry field and values each and every patient who goes through his practice. He ensures top-notch dental services and will stop at nothing to make sure the patients in which he is working with are comfortable with their services. Dr. Polk treats his patients like family and truly cares for each individual’s dental health.
Dr. Polk and his wife have two children, Remmy and Thomas. In his free time, he enjoys working on old cars and traveling.
