Family Dentistry of Columbus provides comprehensive dental treatment to our patients in a friendly and caring environment. Mondays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesdays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesdays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursdays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fridays: 8:00 am – 12:00 noon
We close each day from 12:15 to 1:45 pm for lunch.

Your dental appointment time is reserved for you. Our office requires 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please notify the office as soon as possible if you find the dental appointment needs to be changed. There is a minimum fee of $35 if an appointment is missed or canceled without a 24-hour notice.
If a patient is late to an appointment we will try to accommodate, but it will depend on the schedule and if time allows. We try our best to stay on schedule and respect the time of our patients. We ask that our patients have the same respect for our dental office and our other patients.

We reserve space during our normal working hours for dental emergencies. If the emergency occurs after hours, call our office number above to hear a recording with instructions and contact information for the dentist on-call.
Some examples of dental emergencies include toothaches, broken teeth,
crowns off, bridges off, severe swelling, or need of tooth extraction.
Payment is required at the time of service. There are some services that will require
pre-payment due to the amount of time required on the schedule.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Care Credit. If you have questions about the fees for services you are to receive, just ask and we will be glad to help you.
We offer a senior citizen discount of 10% to our patients 65 and older.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We accept most major insurance plans including (but not limited to) Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, United Concordia.
If you have questions about what your plan covers please contact your insurance company. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan. Insurance policies vary greatly and we can only estimate your coverage.
Dental Financing – “Care Credit”
We offer a special financing option to all patients who qualify called Care Credit.
This entity accepts applications over the internet and can qualify the applicant while they are in our office. We submit the paperwork and Care Credit handles all terms of repayment. They offer a wide variety of repayment options, typically at low-interest
rates and some periods with no interest. This is a great tool to help patients keep the cost of dental treatment within their budget.
